A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On December 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for occupational embezzlement at the Busan District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on January 12, 2017.

[2] The Defendant is in office as the president of the H Nursing Institute, a branch of the H Nursing Institute, which is a company G, and holds 100% shares of 100% from around 2005, and carries out various duties of the said Nursing Institute under the direction of the said E.

On May 1, 2005, the Defendant grants full tuition fees to the President of the International University on May 1, 2005, when students in a specific course of study at the International University undergo education in the H Nursing Institute for Nursing.

“In order to the effect that “A contract for the purpose of the education of nursing assistants” was drawn up by forging the number of students who did not actually attend the lecture in a crypting manner, such as forging the signature of the students who did not actually attend the lecture,” the Defendant received subsidies from I University by falsely claiming the number of students, and not only obtain such subsidies from I University, but also obtain the Defendant’s lecture for the nursing nutrition of the said teaching institute on the basis of the crypticalization that the Defendant was making a lecture for the nursing of the said teaching institute, and received the lecture fees of 20,000 won which were paid monthly and daily from the said teaching institute by claiming for an excessive amount of tuition fees.

Around March 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) instructed K or Madong L, an administrative employee of the said Nursing Institute; (b) forged N’s signature without authority for the purpose of exercising the right by entering the name “N” into the third N’s name section of the document “N” in the name of the third N, which is the material claiming the cost of the school in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, on a computer, in March 13, 2015.

In addition, from that time until April 6, 2015, the Defendant forged the signature of 78 persons in total without authority for the purpose of exercising as stated in the list of crimes in attached Form I.
