A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant A of "2017 Highest 3671" is between the victims and the victims.

2. The Defendant infringed on the aforementioned Special Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes for the purpose of photographing the appearance of the victim 4, such as the foregoing “1.B” at the same time and place as the foregoing “1.B” (hereinafter “victim 1.B”).

On November 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) found the victim F, who suffered a short f, in the D Station located in Sinsan-dong, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Gyeonggi-do; (b) tried to take a part in the victim’s body by using his smartphones; (c) opened the smartphone photographer in advance, put the victim into the right-hand part; and (d) opened the smartphone photographer in the right-hand part; and (e) recorded the victim’s fluor on board the home fluor in the direction of the home fluor; and (e) taken a fluor image of the victim’s fluor in which the victim reported the fluor.

Accordingly, the defendant is against his will, by using a camera or other similar mechanism, likely to cause sexual humiliation or shame.
