Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a C Poter cargo vehicle.

On April 19, 2013, at around 07:45, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.14%, and driven the said car along the three-lane road in front of the Taebong-gu, Gwangju, North-gu, Seoul, along a three-lane road in front of the Taebong-gu, Seoul.
