Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on August 10, 2012, the Defendant, on the front side of the “C” company located in Pyeongtaek-si B, and on the ground that the victim D (44 years of age) who was a volunteer in the same workplace with his age lower than that of himself after having completed a meeting, took a part in the part of the victim’s face, and continued to inflict an injury on the victim, such as cutting the pelle of the heart in need of treatment for about five weeks due to drinking and shot, on the ground that the victim D (44 years of age) was able to take a bath.
