If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle with soflurt from B.

On April 12, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 21:25, and continued to turn to the left at the left-hand turn from the ebburon of the 3598 Jin-si, Chungcheongnam-si, as the Chungcheong City, to the intersection of the Korean Ambassador 3598.

At the same time, the signal was installed, so the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to proceed along the intersection according to the signals of the signal apparatus installed in the front.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left due to occupational negligence in the course of the left turn on the green straight line, and conflict with the front part of the Defendant’s car, the front part of the victim C( South, 33 years old) driving under the green straight line, which was going to the right turn, with the front part of the Defendant’s car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, from the above occupational negligence, the injury to the above C, such as a pelle of the body part of the body string, which requires approximately seven weeks of medical treatment, and the injury to the pele E (V, 21 years of age), which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment to the passenger of the Defendant vehicle E (V, 21 years of age).
