Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2013, at around 12:50, the Defendant: (a) sustained the victim’s chests in front of D real estate located in Daegu Northern-gu C; (b) caused the victim’s E (73 years of age) and the victim’s fluor when she was faced with, and then she was faced with, the victim’s fluor; and (c) caused the victim’s bluoral injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. requiring 14 days of treatment.
