1. On March 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30, the Defendant: (b) went to the “E”, a mobile phone sales store operated by the victim D in the Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si; (c) went to the time of radio earphone and galloning the market value owned by the victim, who was in the display stand by intrusion over the open window behind the said establishment.
In addition, from that time to August 25, 2017, the Defendant invadedd the victims' structures at night, such as the list of crimes in the annexed list, and stolen the property owned by the victims at night.
2. Attempted larceny of intrusion upon a structure at night;
A. On March 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door of the vehicle maintenance shop operated by the victim G in Gwangju-si, G around 00:01, the Defendant failed to discover stolen objects, but failed to bring about an attempted attempt, inasmuch as it was impossible to discover stolen objects.
B. On March 19, 2017, at around 23:40, the Defendant, a health cause operated by the victim I in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, did not lead to an attempted attempt, even though he was unable to discover stolen objects, by intrusioning inside the office to steal the victim’s property by going beyond the windowless window of the said office.

On March 31, 2017, from around 02:50 to 03:10, the Defendant, a restaurant operated by the victim L L in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, attempted to open a credit cooperative located in the passenger transportter to steals the victim’s property by intrusion upon the inside beyond the window of the said establishment, but failed to do so.
3. Intrusion upon a structure and attempted larceny;
A. On August 5, 2017, the Defendant committed around 07:00 on August 5, 2017, and (i) on August 5, 2017, at the “(State)P” office operated by the Victim O located in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, and caused damage by opening the entrance doors of the office without a locked base and intrusion inside the office.
