A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Daejeon District Court's Branch on September 2, 2008. On April 24, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Daejeon District Court's Branch of the Incheon District Court on April 24, 2014. On March 31, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 8 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person driving B Track
