A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On February 4, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Western District Court on November 9, 2005; imprisonment with prison labor for eight months in the same court on April 11, 2007; imprisonment with prison labor for four months in the same court on December 7, 2007; imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months in the same court on December 7, 2007; and imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months in the same court on July 1, 2009 on November 14, 2010.

Defendant, habitually,

1. On February 22, 2011, around 18:05, at “D convenience store” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yongsan-gu, the victim E, an employee, put the victim E into the back part of 1,450 won of the market price which was in the air conditioners and stolen it.

2. On May 12, 201, around 18:40 on May 12, 201, in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the victim G was cut off a bicycle with a 80,000 spores spores spores amounting to the market price of the victim G.

3. On June 21, 201, around 10:30 on June 21, 201, Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H Victim I was cut off by leading one set of the stronger owned by the victim grouped at his house.

4. Around 18:00 on June 27, 201, at children's shopping parks in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, 1-96, the victim J was set up and stolen by towing one bicycle owned by the victim of at least 170,000 won at the market price set up by the victim J.

5. On July 4, 201, around 11:30 on July 4, 201, at a simple book sales store operated by the victim M in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L Station, one book was cut off, and the victim was displayed in a sales store using a gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, while putting up one book of “the 18,000 won at the market price” owned by the victim, which is equivalent to 18,000 won at the market price.

6. At around 08:30 on July 12, 201, the victim’s market price owned by Yongsan-gu Seoul N-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, was stolen by leading the lines of the pet dog (testin) at the victim’s market price.
