A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) boarded a D cab operated by the Victim C (40) around 19:30 on April 4, 2018, and returned home, and (b) took the horses to the effect that “the arrival of a taxi rate is changed” from the damaged person to the front road of “one-way elementary school” located in 318, 318-gil-ro 39, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, the purpose of which was, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim by taking about two weeks on the victim’s right part and face part, respectively.

3. Determination of sentence: A year and six months after the suspension of the execution of one year and six months, the defendant, without any particular reason, abused a taxi driver and suffered bodily injury. The crime is not good, and the defendant has a record of criminal punishment on several occasions by assaulting a taxi driver who was operating a vehicle in the same manner as the crime in this case and causing bodily injury.
