1. The Defendant A Co., Ltd.: USD 789,522 in relation to the Plaintiff and USD 25 in relation thereto from September 25, 2015 to April 25, 2017.

Basic Facts

The Plaintiff is a company located in China that sells clothing, such as room fee, textile products, etc. The Defendant Company A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company that operates textile, clothing, miscellaneous, leather products manufacturing, processing, and sales business, and clothing TV. The Defendant B is the actual manager of the Defendant Company, and the Defendant C is the planning director of the Defendant Company.

On March 17, 2014, the Plaintiff agreed to deliver 40,000 US dollars 295,000 (30 days after the date of shipment) totaling 40,000 clothing to the Defendant Company.

Accordingly, between May 16, 2014 and May 25, 2014, the Defendant Company supplied 38,518 ($284,125.5 US dollars) of the clothing produced by the trade limited company of tinia located in China (hereinafter “permanent trade”) as follows:
