Punishment of the crime

1. A, around 15:00 on October 29, 2015, Defendant A came into a house in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with the idea of theft of property, opened a window that is not locked by the rooftop of a rooftop where the victim F is residing, opened a room, and intrudes upon the female’s residence, and had a flick 1,40,000 won in total at the market price on the book.

On June 2016, Defendant A: (a) was asked to sell 1,500,000 won in total, and two cell phoness from the victim’s home, the market value of which is the victim’s possession, in which it is impossible to know that he/she stolen from his/her name, at the above Defendant’s house on June 2016; and (b) was knowingly asked to sell 1,50,000 won in total; and (c) was left to the house of the above Defendant until July 14:40, 2016, and kept the stolen.
C. On June 2016, Defendant A, who committed the crime of Habman on June 2016, kept stolen goods at the Defendant’s office until June 2016, upon the Defendant’s request of the victim I, who was stolen by the victim I, from the victim I, and one passport with the market price of the victim J, the market price of which was owned by the victim J, was sold and sold to the Defendant’s office, but was aware that it was stolen.
