1. The defendant shall pay 30,250,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 18, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(1) On or after June 1, 2019, from the date following the day when the written complaint is served, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, the interest rate for delay is 12% per annum.
