【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, committed a theft of another person’s property or attempted to steal another person’s property 10 times in total from March 3, 2019 to July 13, 2019 as indicated in the following crime list, by opening a steering door that was parked by the victim C in front of the Gandong-gu B in the Gandong-gu B, Gyeonggi-do, and opening up a 15,00 won for the case where the victim C was kept in the seat of the taxi driver’s seat, and subsequently committing a theft of another person’s property from March 3, 2019 to July 13, 2019.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to punishment twice or more due to larceny, etc., and again committed larceny and attempted to commit it within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.
