A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a vehicle BSM 5.

On May 9, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.109% 0.109% around May 18, 2016, and led the four-lane road in front of the D Hospital located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to proceed about about 50km per hour from the surface of the Incheon Blue Park to the surface of the Gu mountain distance.

The Defendant, while driving the said car under the influence of alcohol such as a string distance, while making it difficult for the Defendant to drive the said car at a normal time due to the influence of alcohol, suffered injury, such as the back part of the victim E (the age of 56) who was a temporary stop at the front of the signal line, and the back part of the said SM5 car due to its shock, which was the front part of the said SM5 car at the victim G (the age of 44) who was under a temporary stop at the front of the said string, while driving the said car at the front of the said string line, and suffered injury, such as a 5th walle, which requires 6 weeks medical treatment to the victim G, and a string wall that requires approximately 3 weeks medical treatment to the victim G.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the victims to be injured.

2. Around 17:50 on May 9, 2016, the Defendant driven a SM5 vehicle listed in paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.109% from the 1km section from the 1km section to the place described in paragraphs (1) of this Article, as in the Song-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul.
