1. The Defendants shall jointly:

A. The real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 shall be restored to its original state and delivered to the Plaintiff A. B.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 2, 2018, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants on February 2, 2018, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 120,00,000,00 for F hotel G heading-H heading in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is owned by the Plaintiff, and KRW 8,000,000 for monthly rent (excluding post-payment and value-added tax). Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants on February 2, 2018, with respect to F hotel I heading-Hho (including the above G-H heading and H heading, and KRW 80,000,00 for the lease deposit between the Defendants and the Plaintiff, and KRW 6,000,000 for monthly rent, value-added tax (excluding post-payment, and value-added tax).

Article 2 (Duration) of the Commercial Building Lease Contract shall be transferred to the lessee by March 31, 2018, when the lessor can use and benefit from the above real estate for the purpose of the lease, and the period of lease shall be until March 30, 2023, which is 60 months from the date of delivery.
