1. On April 16, 2012, the Defendant, even if he/she paid the price by using a card under his/her name at the old C control point in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, he/she received a new card and modern card under his/her name from D who had no intent or ability to pay the price to the card company, and paid the price by using the card in Japan, and made a settlement of the price with the card, made a cash sale, and made a report of the price by selling the product, and made a public offering with D with cash payment.

4. By the 18th day, in collusion with E Tour Workers in Japan’s new stocks, the fact was that there was no purchase of 8,191,097 Won.
