Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person shall borrow or lend any access medium with the receipt, demand or promise of compensation, or keep, deliver or distribute it for a crime, or lend or lease any access medium with the knowledge that it will be used for a crime, or store, deliver or distribute it with the knowledge that it will be used for such crime.

1. On June 2016, the Defendant heard the horses from C to “to offer a passbook of KRW 100,000,000 per week,” which was linked to the account in the name of the Defendant, at the Buk-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, and then, gave consent thereto, Defendant A had her mind by lending the passbook

On June 20, 2016, the Defendant transferred, to C, a passbook, check card, and password connected to the bank account (Account Number D) of the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 100,000 from C in compensation therefor.

Accordingly, the defendant received compensation and lent the access media connected to the bank account in the name of the defendant.

2. On October 2016, Defendant B heard the speech from Defendant C to “to offer a passbook of KRW 100,000,000 per week,” among the B police officers, the Defendant used to lend the passbook, etc. connected to the account in the name of the Defendant to C, by consenting thereto.

On June 20, 2016, the Defendant transferred to C the head of a Tong, ck card, and password connected to the account of the name of the Defendant at the bank (E) around 15:00, while the Defendant transferred to C the head of a Tong, ck card, and password, which was located in the Dong of the death of the deceased at the North-gu, North-do, North-do.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to receive the price, and lent the access media connected to the bank account in the name of the Defendant.
