On May 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) undergone an investigation into drinking traffic accidents at the Ulsan-dong Police Station’s office of the Ulsan-dong Police Station Investigation Division, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., 4-gil 11-gil; and (b) complained of “Aphhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

On May 4, 2017, around 00:25, the Defendant: (a) was unable to have the police officers posted the said police officers by hand on the ground that the said police officers would get out of their emergency room and return to their own without any measure; (b) prevented them from operating the said patrol vehicle; (c) obstructed the police officers from operating the said patrol vehicle; and (d) sound the said police officer’s string “hinging singinging off, hinging off, and open hinging off, to treat hings, and treat hingshings, to avoid disturbance for about 30 minutes.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of the lives and bodies of police officers.
