Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Presumption of Facts] The Defendants were the representatives of the pertinent association with the right to vote in the above election, and E, F, G, H, and I were the persons who resigned before the election after going to the election as candidates for the directors of the D Association in Gangnam-gun, Nam-gun, which was implemented around May 21, 2020.
[Criminal facts]
