A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2014, at around 23:10, the Defendant: (a) around 23:10, at the first floor “D” point of Changwon-si, Changwon-si C underground, the Defendant: (b) sent a singing requested by the Defendant while singing out; (c) and (d) caused a bund, such as bunding, bunding with the customer, and bunding with the customer, and bunding the beer’s disease on the table; (d) the victim E (the age of 49) who carried out drinking in the bundbet, was faced with the face of the bunder’s disease; (e) the victim’s head, who was a dangerous thing on the table, bunding the bund, was 2 times the victim’s face, and bunding the victim’s face into the victim’s body; and (e) the victim’s face was over the victim’s face; and (e) the victim’s face was over the victim’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things with the victim and put about approximately 1 cm of the left side of the treatment days to the victim, with approximately 1cm of tear, the head side of the head.
