A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is an employee who works at a victim B’s C farm in the operation of the victim B.

On January 8, 2015, at around 07:00, the Defendant found the e-beh, which was parked with a vehicle’s keys in the vicinity of the victim’s residence, and used the vehicle temporarily by driving the vehicle without the victim’s consent, for the purpose of serving the vehicle in C farm.

2. On January 8, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 7:00, driving a cargo vehicle under E-L, at the top of the uppermost-gun of the Gyeongsung-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, in front of the Fcafeteria located in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, without obtaining a driver’s license.

3. Around 8:34 on January 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unnecessary measures after accidents) and escaped without obtaining a license, despite being able to control the unlicensed driving even if the repair cost is damaged to the front part of the said cargo vehicle, while driving the cargo at the three-distance intersection in front of the landing village at the upper end of the Go-gun, Jin-gun, Jin-gun, in accordance with the new subparagraph, while driving the cargo at the three-distance intersection in front of the landing village at the top of the upper end of the said E, the Defendant immediately left the left pursuant to the new subparagraph.
