Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant 2016 senior group 3956 operated a marina shop in the name of “D marina site” from April 25, 2016 to May 9, 2016, Defendant 2016, with the trade name of “D marina site” from Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and underground 1st century, and sought a benefit of KRW 300,000 in total by having a female employee receive KRW 100,00 per time from a male customer who is not his/her name, by having him/her engage in sexual intercourse with a male customer and having him/her engage in sexual intercourse with a female employee.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. No one shall engage in sexual traffic in return for giving, receiving, or promising to give, money, goods, or other property benefits to unspecified persons;

On October 5, 2016, around 19:45, the Defendant issued KRW 110,00 as the price for sexual traffic to I (n, 19 years of age) who is a female sexual traffic, through Internet hosting H “H” under Article 205 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “Gel” (F) around October 5, 2016, and engaged in sexual traffic by entering into a single sexual intercourse.
