A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Ten injections (No. 2) for one-time seizure shall be from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and administered a mert cloid (one philophone, hereinafter “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;
