1. As to each insurance contract listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall be the Plaintiff from the Defendant.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff asserts that the actual contract owner of each insurance contract listed in the separate sheet is the plaintiff, and that the defendant is liable to implement the procedure to change the name of the policyholder of each insurance contract listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff, because the plaintiff is the defendant by agreement with the defendant. Thus, the defendant is deemed to have led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for changing the name of the policyholder of each insurance contract listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
