1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from February 24, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Grounds for recognition;

(a) The main sentence of Article 150(3) and Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (Confession);

B. On January 19, 2015, the Defendant submitted only a written objection demanding the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s claim, but did not respond to specific answers. The Defendant did not comply with the amendment recommendation of this court, and did not appear on the date of pleading.

In such a case, a confession under Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act is established (see Supreme Court Decision 89Meu4045, Jul. 25, 1989).
