A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Crails car.

On February 19, 2011, at around 21:30, the Defendant proceeded at the speed of the U.S. University on the side of the Mano Bank located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, with the alley-gu, Seoul-gu.

Since there are a narrow road and a lot of vehicles parked on both sides, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely proceed after checking the safety of course by reducing speed and checking well the left and right.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and failed to stop immediately to stop the said marina car to the left side of the Defendant’s passenger car, and failed to take measures such as providing relief to the victim F and the Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had 27 years old, respectively.
