Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court for 6 months and became final and conclusive around that time.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On January 2, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B by telephone, and “A company supervisor and a director shall make a meeting, and if a meeting cost is lent 2 million won as a mother and a child, he/she shall pay a high interest.”

However, the defendant had a liability of about 20 million won at the time, while he did not have an intent or ability to repay the debt even if he borrowed money from the victim due to no special income.

Nevertheless, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received two million won from the victim through the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number C) in the name of the Defendant around that time.

2. On January 7, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the above victim by telephone, “in the face of the Dong Seoul Power Station,” and “in the face of the Dong Seoul Power Station site (hereinafter “Seoul Power Station”). When processing waste wires, money is emitted, and the waste cable is brought first, and 6 million won is changed.”

However, the defendant did not have worked as the site manager at the site of the Dong-gu Seoul Power Station at the time, and there was no intention or ability to rescue the closed wire to the victim because there was no closed wire at the above site.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and received 6 million won from the victim through the above Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the defendant around that time.

3. On January 9, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the above victim by telephone at the coffee shop in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and that “on the construction site employees shall write a transformer and replace the transformerr, but on the construction site employees need to accept and replace it, 25 million won borrowed money.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have any special property as above, but did not pay a high-amount obligation.
