Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 201, from around October 201 to around October 2011, Defendant A served as a business director of the manufacturing company that there are the letter-line printing method (printed printing method on paper) and the roller method (printed printing method on paper), the letter-line printing method (printed printing method on paper), the letter-line printing method (printed, glass, golf, 3D multi-level goods, the semiconductor circuit map, etc.), and from around November 201 to around October 201, Defendant A operated the manufacturing and selling company with the trade name of “I” from around 108, H building 108 in the military.
Defendant
B served from January 2008 to February 2, 2012 on the manufacturing date of the printer in the above “G”, and was employed from March 2012 to from March 2012 on the manufacturing date of the lifts, and was engaged in the manufacturing of the flat machine.
2. On January 2012, Defendant A, in breach of occupational duty, proposed that Defendant B “I would like to create a flat board flag model made by G on the basis of the Jpppartist model, and sell it as a guide. If I would like to make a printer, I would have to have a design drawing so far as I would have come to have a G design drawing.”
However, around December 23, 201, at the time of the work in the above G, Defendant B bears an implied duty on the matters related to the company's business with respect to confidential matters handled and managed by the company's security at the time of the work in the above G and does not leak out.
