1. The defendant
(a) 605,96,054 Won; and
B. From April 22, 2015 to May 3, 2015, 8.29% per annum for KRW 1.29 billion.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff entered into a loan agreement with the Defendant with the following terms (hereinafter “instant loan agreement”).
On October 30, 2013, the date of entering into a contract: 8% of the loan interest rate of less than 1.2 billion won: 2.02% of the fixed interest rate of 1.2 billion won: 9% of the loan interest rate, 17% of the loan interest rate of 17% per annum and the due date of 17% of the due date of repayment after October 30, 2014, the applicable interest rate of 6.16% of the fixed interest rate loan, and the due date of payment extended on May 29, 2015. Meanwhile, in order to secure the obligation under the loan contract of this case, the Defendant completed the registration of the establishment of a mortgage on five lots and 2 Dong-dong buildings (hereinafter “mortgage property of this case”) of Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, B, 382.4С, and the notification of seizure order of the secured property of this case, or the commencement of compulsory execution or compulsory execution by other methods, the Defendant, as a matter of course, should lose its obligation to the Plaintiff’s obligation.
The Republic of Korea seizes the secured property of this case around October 23, 2014 following the Defendant’s default of national taxes, and requests the Korea Asset Management Corporation to sell the secured property of this case on December 11, 2014, and is currently in progress.
As of April 21, 2015, the defendant did not pay interest of KRW 5,996,054.

According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the defendant seeks from April 22, 2015 to May 3, 2015, the agreement rate of 8.29% per annum from April 22, 2015 to May 3, 2015, as the plaintiff seeks from April 21, 2015 as to the interest of KRW 600,000,054 to April 21, 2015, total of KRW 605,996,054, and principal amount of KRW 1.29 billion.
