On March 10, 2015, around 00:20 on March 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) directed the victim D (18 taxes) who was later born within Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (18 taxes) to the above place on the ground that the victim was not well subject to this telephone; (b) directed the victim by carrying dangerous things.
