Punishment of the crime

1. On January 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) accessed the “E convenience store” of the victim D’s operation located in Osan-si, Osan-si; (b) accessed the employees “Bh sports earth and sand employees, who will be engaged in the operation of lottery ticket machines; and (c) 170,000 won in cash in a box under the account room, where the employees were able to see the gap in surveillance over customers.

2. When the theft and fraud needed living expenses, the Defendant presented a receipts of unsatisfy earth lottery tickets with a convenience store, and intended to steals or defraud them by exchanging them with a valid new lottery ticket.

On February 21, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the “H convenience store” in the “H convenience store for the operation of the Victim G in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which is located in Suwon-si, as if he purchased a sports earth ticket equivalent to KRW 460,000 at par value, and to I who demanded the settlement thereof, and presented another sports earth ticket receipt in advance.
