1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a person who establishes a clothing production plant in Indonesia and manufactures and exports clothing. 2) The Defendant is a person who supplies the original body for clothing manufacturing to the Plaintiff while operating the original body with the trade name B.
B. Around August 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract under which the Plaintiff and the Defendant would supply the Plaintiff KRW 195,919.05 (hereinafter “$”) for three times until September 13, 2014 (hereinafter “$ 195”).

2. As to a claim for damages on the ground of supply of short of weight
A. Although the weight of the product number (Style NO.) / 3906247T nuclear unit to be supplied by the Defendant under the instant contract, the weight of the original unit actually supplied by the Defendant (hereinafter “the instant original unit”) was limited to 173-174g per square meter.
As a result, the Plaintiff sold the products made by using the original body of this case, but did not receive sales proceeds of 202,884,480 won for lack of weight of the products from the purchaser.
Therefore, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff for damages caused by the above tort.
B. First of all, there are evidence Nos. 5 through 7, 12, 18 through 20, 22, and 3 as evidence to prove that the original unit of this case falls short of the weight required under the contract of this case, and evidence Nos. 5 through 7, 12, 18 through 20, 22, and 3, each of the above evidence is only acknowledged as follows.
1. The Defendant agreed to supply the Plaintiff with the product number (Style NO.) S/Ma3906247 T prime cost per 200 m2 per 1 square meter.
② The broker of the Plaintiff’s product purchaser raised an objection against the Plaintiff that the weight of the product is less than that of the Plaintiff.
③ The broker used 180 to 200gs per 1 square meter in the “products” to the Plaintiff.
