When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 00:40%, the Defendant driven a 1km B straw car from the parking lot of the Standing Center to the front road of the U.S. apartment complex located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu.
