1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 121,08,242 as well as 20% per annum from December 28, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed the Plaintiff; and (b) “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant.
