Punishment of the crime

1. Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant was driven by the victim C (year 20) who was stopped in front of the Defendant’s vehicle due to the negligence of driving in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and was driven by the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc., to the victim due to the above occupational negligence for about six weeks.

2. The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.238% at the above temporary border, and the Defendant driven the 1km vehicle from the front side of the Jeju 1 Business Complex, which is located in the ebbban-dong at the ebbbban-dong, to the above accident place.
