Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:40 on January 25, 2014, the Defendant driven a C-to-be under the influence of alcohol content of 0.141%, without obtaining a driver’s license, for a section of about 500 meters from the date of the adoption of the Hean-gun in the Hean-gun of North Korea on the surface of the Hapo-gun in the direction of the Hapo-gun.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the said urbine, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place above.
