A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with soflurd C, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On September 19, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car with a alcohol content of 0.181% 0.181% while under the influence of alcohol during blood at around 23:30 on September 19, 2016, and led the Defendant to drive the said car at an insular speed, one lane from the four-lane distance near the Seo-gu Daejeon District, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City along the four-lane road.

On May 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won or more due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Suwon Friwon on May 2, 2009, and on June 3, 2009, by the same court on June 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two hundred and five hundred thousand won or more due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the same court on June 5, 2009.
