Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) distributed food in the Defendant’s home on the ground that the noise generated from No. 1101 was transmitted to the Defendant’s house at around 106, 1101; and (b) carried out several times on several occasions at around 1101, a resident of 1101, on the ground that the noise from around 21:00 to the Defendant’s house at around 1101, carried out food distribution at around the front floor of the 1101 entrance; and (c) laid down any dried or unusable goods at any place without permission.
