A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:30 on April 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported 112, “C” in front of “C in the wife population B”; (b) demanded the police officers in mobilization, such as Handong Police Station D District D Zone D, which sent to the site after having received a report, to stop fighting with one-way and return home to the Defendant; and (c) he was able to continuously install the said E-house string to stop fighting with one-way and to stop fighting; and (d) the Defendant continued to have the said E-house string with one-way string, with a lower age than our father’s mother who has to do so. In such case, the Defendant: (a) was able to look at the fat, wearing the fat, and to cut off the fat-house string, which was installed at the left part of the E-house string.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the receipt and handling of 112 reports by police officers and legitimate execution of duties on crime control.
