A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the friendship of the victim C (year of age 9) who is a child, and the defendant's house located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D protects and rears the above victim while living together with the above victim at the home of the defendant.

1. On May 2012, the Defendant abused the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, on the ground that the said victim (the age of eight at that time) cannot read books, and thereby, abused the Defendant’s body as a child, i.e., having the victim take care of her face with his/her fingerh hand when taking the face of the victim’s face into account.

2. At around 22:30 on June 2012, the Defendant, at the house of the above Defendant, abused the victim’s body by taking advantage of the Gemanium Gemanium’s Gemanium and taking advantage of the other person’s wallet, taking advantage of the Gemanium Gemanium, and taking water in the three large area, and then taking water into the victim’s head into the said three area, thereby impairing the victim’s body.

3. At around 02:00 on July 31, 2012, the Defendant committed an act of abusing the victim’s body by putting the victim’s head into the wall by hand without any reason, putting the victim’s body and head into the wall by hand without any reason, and putting the victim’s body into the wall and head part by hand, leaving the victim’s face into the right side of the wall, making the victim 10cm away, 2-3cm under the influence of alcohol, 2-3cm in the load, 2-3cm in the eaves, and 3cm in the load, and then taking the head of the victim’s body into the front part of the river water.

4. On July 2012, the Defendant received water from the above Defendant’s house on the ground that the said victim did not have been blicked at the said Defendant’s house, and then abused the victim’s head into the said three blick field, and thereby harming the victim’s body by putting him/her in the said three blick field.

5. On September 9, 2012, the Defendant was unable to write the writing on the part of the said victim (the said victim (the said victim was nine years of age) at the home of the above Defendant on the day-to-day basis.
