A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On May 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months in total to imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 21, 2017. On September 21, 2018, the judgment on September 29, 2018, which became final and conclusive on September 29, 2018, by being sentenced to four months in imprisonment for fraud at the Chuncheon District Court, and on September 18, 2018, the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2018.

Nevertheless, as seen above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 300,000 from the victim to the E bank account in the name of D, and received KRW 560,00 from the victim to June 14, 2018 in the following manner: (a) as described in attached Table 1, the Defendant received money totaling KRW 560,00 from three victims over three times, as described above.
Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
