Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the Defendants for one year from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with E on November 12, 2004. A

From August 1, 2012 to 06:00 on the following day, the Defendant, from around 23:00 to around 06:00, went through a room in which the heading room of “Gel” located in Chuncheon City F cannot be known, with the Defendant’s sexual intercourse with B once.

B. From around 23:00 on August 6, 2012 to 06:00 on the following day, the Defendant used a room of “Hel” located in Chuncheon-si with B and one-time sexual intercourse.

C. From around 23:00 on August 13, 2012 to 06:00 on the following day, the Defendant, from around 23:00 to around 06:00, went through a room in which it is impossible to find out the room of “Jel” located in Chuncheon City I, with B and once sexual intercourse.

From October 23, 2012 to October 23, 2012, the Defendant, from around 06:00 to around 06:00 following the following day, had a room of “Lelurur” located in Chuncheon-si, with the Defendant’s sexual intercourse with B once.

E. From around 20:00 on November 7, 2012 to around 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant sent to a room in which the heading room of “Murher” located in Chuncheon City I was unknown, with B and once sexual intercourse.

F. From around 20:00 on November 15, 2012 to around 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant used the above “Mel” room with sexual intercourse one time with B from a room in which it is impossible to find out the room.

G. From around 20:00 on December 4, 2012 to around 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant used the above “Mel” room with sexual intercourse one time with B from a room in which it is impossible to find out the room.

H. From around 23:00 on December 21, 2012 to around 06:00 the following day, the Defendant used the above “Gel” room with sexual intercourse one time with B in a room where it is impossible to find out the room between B and B.

I. On January 15, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant 103-Dong 602, an apartment house of the Defendant located in Chuncheon-si, N, 103-Dong 103-Dong 602, and passed between B and B.

(j) On January 18, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant 103-dong 103 and 602 combined with B one time with each other.

2. Defendant B is aware that he/she is a spouse of A, and he/she is sexual intercourse with A ten times at each time and place described in paragraph (1) above.
