1. Defendant Lebrid Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 20,000,00 and its amount from June 3, 2014 to May 14, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 20, 201, Defendant Lebrid Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) entered into a trust agreement (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”) with respect to C and C and 12 lots of land (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with respect to C and C, and the registration of ownership was completed on August 8, 2013 in the name of C and C’s asset trust.

Of No. 2013-1890 of the trust ledger concerning the above trust, the part related to the issue of this case is as follows.

The trust deed trust clause of the defendant company and eight other parties (hereinafter referred to as the "trustee") shall trust the real estate of this case to the Cocco asset trust (hereinafter referred to as the "trustee"), and the trustee shall enter into a land trust contract for sale-type land in acquiring the real estate as follows:

Article 1 (Trust Purpose) (1) The truster shall trust the trustee with the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 12 lots, and the trustee shall accept them.

Article 12 (Trust Property) Trust property shall be as follows:

1. Real estate in trust and money in trust;

4. The rental deposit and rent accruing from the lease of real estate in trust shall be as prescribed in Article 13;
