Punishment of the crime

1. Nevertheless, the Defendant deceiving the said victim and obtained KRW 5 million from the victim on April 13, 2015 via the Agricultural Cooperative Account (F) in the name of E on April 13, 2015, and acquired it by deceiving the victim as described in the attached Table I from April 13, 2015 to July 13, 2016, and by deceiving the victim as stated in the attached Table I, and thereby deceiving the victim from the victim, the Defendant acquired it by taking 1,5370,000 won in total on 17 occasions from the victim, such as the authorization and permission fee for the farming house from the victim, expenses for the business right of reclaimed land in the Do, and expenses for the victim’s employment solicitation.
