The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the victim E guilty of fraud among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there was no error of misapprehending the legal principles on “the intention to commit fraud” or failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and no statement of the grounds for appeal is found in the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
