When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2015, at around 20:59, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim on the ground that the Defendant is bad to the subway security officers D, which was dispatched to the scene after receiving a report from the C Station 3’s platform in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and on the ground that there are several persons, including the fee staff and the subway passengers, on the ground that the train is bad.
