1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has concluded a business liability insurance contract with C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.”) that operates transportation business, setting the insurance period from January 17, 2018 to January 17, 2019, with the maximum amount of compensation per capita 50,000,000 won.

The defendant is a mutual aid business operator who has entered into a mutual aid agreement for buses D (hereinafter referred to as "Defendant vehicle").

B. Around 20:40 on September 25, 2018, E, a C employee, driven a F car and moved to a long-term parking lot in order to perform a parking agency duty in the Incheon Airport (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff”) and was in conflict with the Defendant’s vehicle, who attempted a non-protection coordinate in the two-lanes, in which the non-protection coordinate in the airport was permitted, in accordance with the straight lines, among the two-lanes in the airport, and was straighted in the two-lanes in the two-lanes, and attempted a non-protection coordinate.
