A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 01:00 on December 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) went to the destination where the victim B (the age of 68) was driving on the “D cafeteria” in Busan Shipping Daegu; and (b) brought about a large number of taxis; (c) the Defendant demanded the victim to deduct the keys of the said taxi and to request the victim to leave the taxi accordingly; (d) the Defendant brought 3,000 won on the ground floor and brought about the victim’s face and chest at 3-4 times by drinking; and (e) twice the victim’s bridge and buckbucks need to be treated for about 14 days on the part of the victim.
2.
