A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

In 2005, the Defendant introduced B through a holiday in around 2005 on the premise that he was married in 2007, and reported the marriage on January 21, 2013. From the time of marriage awareness, B had been living together with his children at the house of B, and was in a de facto marital relationship with his children. At that time, two married children including the victim and one son were in a de facto marital relationship with B.

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims Thereof (indecent act by blood) and the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims Thereof (in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims Thereof (in the case of rape, etc. of minors under the age of 13), was in the above B’s residence located in the city where he left on July to August 2005, and was in a person who was a de facto marriage C (in the case of a person who was a de facto marriage, she was in a child C (in the case of a child under the age of 9) of a person who was in a de facto marriage,

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

2. Indecent acts by blood under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On February 18, 2018, the Defendant, along with the victim (the age of 20 at the time), committed the crime, as well as two years of age, carried out missionary activities in China, followed by injury. On February 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on February 18, 2018, at the hotel room of a mutual inficial hotel where he was sled with the victim; (b) on February 18, 2018, the victim, who was arranged to play a cell phone on the bed of the bed line, took the victim’s chest on the left side of the victim; and (c) forced

B. On February 22, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on February 22, 2018, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) at a night, and on February 22, 2018, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by: (a) stating that “the victim scam cambling to the scamer so far as he/she can do so; (b) allowing the scam to do so; (c) allowing the Defendant to do so; and (d) forcing the victim to do so; and (d) forcing the victim to do so.
